Apply Today

Thank you for your interest in the TEN program. We hope this program will support you in deepening your understanding of JEDDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Decolonization, & Inclusion) and Trauma-Informed Care. More than that, we hope you will be inspired by refugee claimants’ journeys and our collective envisioning of how we can improve the employment system for refugee claimants.

February 2, 3, 16, 17, and 23.

By filling out this application, you are committing to the following:

1.  100% participation

Attending all sessions including the public event, completing all assignments, and bringing your best to all work and discussions with our team and fellow participants.

2. Homework completion

1-2 hours of work after each session outside of the in-person sessions – make it happen in the real world! During each session, we hope participants will share their reflections from the past session and the homework done.

What’s Expected From You?

You are expected to bring yourself and an open mind, be ready to learn and engage on a deeper level with folks from different sectors and lived-experiences.

Homework – We will share light homework in between sessions. Usually a reflection question to integrate the learning we did in the last session, explored in partnership with your ‘Buddy’ that month. Buddy calls will be set up between program participants in between sessions. This is an opportunity for deeper relationship building and reflection.

Time commitment of 35 hours over two months.
